001.     Family Meal

The start of the journey

Is a tradition where restaurants serve their staff before each shift—a simple meal made from what’s available. Inspired by this concept, we hosted 50 guests, serving “family style” dishes with a Colombian twist on the traditional calentado—a mixture of easily accessible ingredients. Guests were seated together at long tables, sharing plates and fostering conversation between friends and strangers.
