Our Intimate Connection with the Earth Through Food



On a late summer evening atop a Brooklyn rooftop, we redefined intimacy through a dining experience that encouraged guests to connect with their food on a deeper level. Seated closely together, diners were stripped of silverware, transforming their plates into canvases and using their hands to create edible art.

Each dish honored the relationship we have with the earth, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Small Stuff:

Sourdough Focaccia topped with Grapes, Tomatoes, and Peaches

Taco Caesar Salad (lettuce, Parmigiano Reggiano, anchovies, and sliced almonds)
