This dinner was guided by nostalgia—evoking the idea of “home” as more than just a physical place, but a feeling shared with people and spaces. The menu reflected familiar tastes and textures, offering comfort and a sense of belonging. The setting was designed to be warm and familiar, encouraging acceptance of the present moment.
