La Utima Cena For Concordia


This intimate dinner for 20 celebrated the conclusion of Concordia’s art show, Paraíso. Inspired by the vibrancy of Latin American artists, we infused colors and flavors into the evening, reimagining signature dishes. The table design featured fruits as candle holders and unique florals as centerpieces, creating a lively atmosphere that mirrored the artwork.




Menu

To Start:

Heirloom Tomatoes with Coconut Charcoal Sauce

Fresh Cucumber Tiradito with Yuzu Vinegar

Main Course:

Fried Rice Calentado: Brown rice and quinoa, mixed mushrooms, heirloom beans, sweet plantains, harissa sauce, topped with microgreens

Dessert:
