A Journey of Reflection and Gratitude
In collaboration with JBL, this dinner focused on themes of reflection and gratitude for the time passed. Staying true to our roots, we recreated the atmosphere of our very first Pia’s Plate dinner: Family Meal.
The event showcased the journey from cooking and setting the table to plating the dishes, greeting guests, and ultimately enjoying the meal with our community. Our menu highlighted the power of cooking with local and seasonal vegetables, embodying the essence of who we are.
