Rio Through Our Eyes
Our inaugural international dinner concept was born from a desire to showcase the stunning beauty of the Rio de Janeiro landscape. We sourced our produce from local markets and bought fish directly from local fishermen, ensuring an authentic experience. The menu featured potatoes representing Rio’s iconic mountains and whole grilled fish topped with a spicy passionfruit sauce and vibrant green chimichurri, paying homage to Brazilian culture.
Set in a local bar in Botafogo, the dinner brought together attendees from diverse backgrounds, exemplifying our mission to build community across racial, ethnic, and language lines.
